Administrative Assistant
The candidate must be extremely organized, with a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and exemplary writing and communication skills. A positive attitude, confidence and sociability, and a team-oriented mentality is a plus. The candidate should be proactive and eager to learn, capable of literacy in a variety of fields. They should be able to continue with scaffolding put in place by the executive when she is out of town, and must always operate with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Details of Position:
Maintain and manage calendar, scheduling, and coordination of appointments.
Manage correspondence via email.
Attend meetings with or for the Executive.
Work closely with other internal team members on various initiatives, projects and events.
Provide back up as needed to internal team members.
Compile research reports as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Familiarity with Google Suite.
Familiarity with Web based programs.
